Claire Antill
Founder of Little Olive Digital
I’m the founder of Little Olive Digital, a mum of three, and a former corporate leader of big-brand marketing teams. I’m also the person e-commerce brands call when they want to grow profitably with ads!
For more than twenty years, I worked in marketing and communications for big organisations. I ran campaigns, managed teams, and sat in corporate meetings. I learned how commercial decisions get made, how businesses are built over years (not weeks), and what happens when you ignore the numbers.
On paper, it was the “dream” career.
In real life, with three young children and a partner who also works, it started to feel like I was constantly choosing between being at work or being present at home. And I didn’t feel I was doing enough of either.
So I left the corporate world and started Little Olive Digital.
The idea was simple: bring proper commercial thinking, clean data, and thoughtful strategy to the kinds of brands I actually buy from and believe in.
I’ve worked in paid ads for six years and have deep knowledge and expertise. I’m not a generalist.
For the last six years, I’ve specialised in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, Google Ads, and digital strategy for e-commerce brands, particularly family, lifestyle, and baby/children’s products.
I understand what it’s like to grow a business around a family, partner, and life. You need someone who’s calm and meticulous to bring structure and reduce the overwhelm. I’m a fierce champion of women-led business and am proud to be in your corner.

Kathryn Clarke
Associate Account Manager – Meta & Google Ads
I’m Kathryn. I spent 14 years in corporate HR roles and retrained in paid social advertising in 2019.
With a coaching and development background, I have strong analytical skills and a calm, measured approach – the perfect partner to support you in achieving the best-possible results for your business.
I work alongside Claire on client reporting and day-to-day account management.
My job is to keep a close eye on what the numbers are really saying, so you always have clear, useful insight rather than just another dashboard. I’m a mum of two myself and run my own business, so I understand the juggle behind the scenes and the importance of marketing that genuinely supports your life as well as
your goals.

I provide creative and strategic skills and a calm approach to delivery to avoid overwhelm.
I’m also a mum of 3, and I’ve run my own business for the past 6 years, so I understand the juggle of parents and entrepreneurs.

I work alongside my sister, Janine and the team to deliver operational support and an excellent client experience.
We both work alongside Claire to help the business grow to reach its ideal clients, supporting with content, marketing and social media.
